How long is the Cape Town City Experience

This is a half-day tour (approximately 4 hours), starting in the morning and ending in the early afternoon.

Are there any peak seasons?

Yes, the peak season usually runs from 1 December to 31 January, we recommend you buy the Table Mountain express ticket due to high demand

No, lunch is at your own expense. You are welcome to go on lunch after the experience has concluded.

Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, a jacket (weather can change quickly), any refreshments you may need, and your camera.

What if Table Mountain is closed?

Kindly note that if Table Mountain is not operating due to unfavourable weather conditions, the tour will continue. Should you wish to cancel further proceedings upon finding that Table Mountain is not operating, please advise your tour guide to drop you back at your hotel before proceeding with the rest of the tour otherwise we cannot give you a refund if you proceed with the tour.

Can you collect me from my hotel?

We collect all travellers at hotels within 10km radius in the Cape Town City Centre. Should travellers not meet this requirement, we have a meeting point from 08:30am at The Silo Hotel, Silo Square, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town, 8801

We provide free hotel pickup and drop-off from any accommodation within a 10km radius of Cape Town city center, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. You'll receive your exact pickup time, your professional guide’s name, and vehicle details (including license plate) the day before your tour via WhatsApp or email.

Next, we visit the iconic Table Mountain, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Weather permitting, you’ll ascend via the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway for breathtaking 360° views of Cape Town, Robben Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.

At the summit, your guide will share fascinating facts about the mountain’s ancient geology, rare flora, and local wildlife. If weather conditions don’t allow a morning visit, we’ll reschedule it for later in the day.
